The rates can be in Sterling (or equivalent US $ to be arranged with the owner) Price per night £150 Price per week £1000 Local price per night TT$ 2000 Local price per week TT$11000 Weekend price (2 nights) TT$5000

Rates are for up to 10 people staying in the house.

A security deposit of TT$2000 against loss or damage will need to be lodged with the housekeeper on guests' arrival. This will be held and returned to guests on their departure as long as the property is left as found.
Guests from UK can send the owner a cheque which will not be cashed but held on file and returned/destroyed all being well after their visit.
TT$300 for cleaning costs must be paid to the housekeeper before departure
